Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Alison Livingstone and I am a Sales Representative with RE/MAX TWIN CITY REALTY INC. BROKERAGE. My office is located at 83 Erb Street West in Waterloo, Ontario.

After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA in Honours Archaeology in 2003, I immediately entered the field of real estate.  I held a number of different administrative positions at RE/MAX TWIN CITY REALTY INC., including receptionist, marketing coordinator, and executive assistant. I also worked for a lawyer as a legal secretary in the real estate department.   In 2006 I obtained my real estate license.   

Becoming a Realtor was the best decision I have ever made. I love what I do. Every day is a new experience and a new challenge. I enjoy meeting new people and working with them to sell their existing home or to find their dream home.

In January 2013 I earned my Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. 

I specialize in residential real estate in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.
